Description: Jeffrey T. Donovan (born May 11, 1968) is an American television, movie and stage actor. Over the years Donovan has made television guest show appearances on Spin City, Monk, The Pretender, Homicide: Life on the Street, Witchblade, Law & Order, Sleepers, and CSI: Miami. In the short-lived TV series Threshold, Donovan played the villainous Dr. Sloan. On the hit series Crossing Jordan he played the recurring role of William Ivers. He has also been in made-for-television movies. In 2004 he had his first big television break when he landed the starring role in the drama Touching Evil with Vera Farmiga on the USA Network. Since 2007 he has starred on the hit series Burn Notice with Gabrielle Anwar, Bruce Campbell, and Sharon Gless.
